Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return
Email helpjewelux@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without an approved return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return or provide a replacement at no cost.

  • For change of mind/size/style, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product so we can make it right.

Exceptions (non-returnable)

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale / promotional items marked as non-returnable

  • Items not returned in original condition (used, missing tags or packaging)

Exchanges
For the fastest resolution, return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

UK/EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
If your order is delivered within the United Kingdom or European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned unused, with tags and original packaging. To exercise this right, email helpjewelux@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
